The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all proceedings of the members and the Board of Directors. The Secretary shall attend to the giving and serving of notices of all meetings of the members and the Board of Directors. The Secretary shall keep a proper membership roll showing the name of each member of the organization. The Secretary shall be the custodian of the corporate records of the Chapter. The Secretary shall execute with the President, in the name of the organization, all contracts and instruments, which have first been approved by the Board of Directors. The Secretary shall perform such duties connected with the operation of the organization as directed by the President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors.

Support Young Eagles events, school outreach, and hands-on aviation experiences for young people.
Help administer chapter scholarships, including the EAA Ray Scholarship, for aspiring young aviators.
Manage and host sessions on our chapter flight simulator for youth and prospective pilots.
Oversee our Tool Crib lending library and support knowledge sharing among homebuilders.
Organize build nights, technical workshops, and hands-on seminars for experimental aircraft builders.
